Ingredients
- 1 Bartlett pears, finely diced
- 1 Granny Smith apples, finely diced
- 1/2 cup golden California Raisins
- 1/8 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup Nakano Brown rice vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 8 toasted crostini slices
- 1/3 cup bleu cheese crumbles
- 1 sprig rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat apples, pears, raisins, vinegar, sugar, mustard powder and cinnamon. Bring to a simmer. Stir, cover and bring to a simmer once again until fruit is tender. Approximately 15 minutes. Let cool.
- To serve, spoon on crostini slices, top with bleu cheese crumbles and a sprinkle of rosemary.
