Asian Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 5 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 piece Green Onions (optional)


1. Peel the potatoes and dice into 1/2 inch cubes.

2. Heat three tablespoons of oil in a skillet and add the potatoes. Cook over medium heat until the potatoes are golden brown on all sides.

3. Add the butter to the skillet and reduce the heat. Cook for 2-3 more minutes. Remove the skillet from the heat.

4. Add the mayonnaise. Toss the potatoes until the mayonnaise is all incorporated. Adjust seasonings.

5. Serve hot, topped with sliced green onions.
